Every soul deserves
to know where
they come from.
KinshipQuest Legacy offers pro-bono genealogical research to those who cannot afford it — guided by faith, carried out in service, offered freely.

What began as a personal passion for preserving family history became a conviction: that access to one's own story should never be limited by means. The families who need genealogical research most are often those who can afford it least.
KinshipQuest Legacy exists in that gap — bringing the same professional-grade research we offer through our practice to families who apply for pro-bono service. No lesser care, no lesser documentation, no lesser devotion to the truth.
This is not charity. It is a calling.
We accept applications on a rolling basis. Research is assigned to our team and vetted volunteer professionals in our network.
We search for names in old ledgers and faded census pages — but the names we find reach back to us. A meditation on why genealogy is not nostalgia but a form of forward-facing faith.
Our volunteer researchers bring professional genealogical skills to pro-bono cases that exceed our in-house capacity. We also need transcribers, translators, oral history recorders, and event support.
